A balcony allows you to have a wonderfull view of the Arena and Piazza Brà, the hart of the city.
On the third floor the master bedroom looks out on the Arena, allowing you to peer inside the Arena arches. You can access the loft with the single bed through the master bedroom.

Reductions for longer stay
Baby bed for children 0-3 years € 30,00 for the entire period of stay
Tourist tax € 3.50 per person per max 4 days is not included in the rate.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from paying.
Guests > 70 Years old and Young people between 15 and 25 years old € 2,80/Person/day
Conditions
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment – but is permitted outside on the balcony and terrace
- Check in: 15:00 – 20:00 , unless otherwise agreed
- Check out: within 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed
Booking cancellation
No penalty for cancellations made at least 14 days before the date of arrival.
The advance payment will be returned net of bank charges for the transfer.
For cancellations made under 14 days before date of arrival the deposit will be retained as compensation (indemnity).
In case of no-show the total amount will be retained as compensation.
