Reductions for longer stay
Baby cot for children 0-3 years € 20,00 for the entire stay
Tourist tax € 2.50 per person per max 5 days is not included in the rate.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from paying.
Conditions
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment – but is permitted outside on the balcony and terrace
- Check in: 15:00 – 20:00, unless otherwise agreed
- Check out: within 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed
Booking cancellation
No penalty for cancellations made at least 8 days before the date of arrival.
The advance payment will be returned net of bank charges for the transfer.
For cancellations made under 8 days before date of arrival , the deposit will be retained as compensation (indemnity).
In case of no-show the total amount will be retained as compensation
